I am overwhelmed with the beautiful outpouring of messages, ideas, and requests to continue creating spaces for us. 54 sessions of heart-led giving and Thursday was the last one.
I am not going to leave you hanging. But part of the refinement requires a pull back. Let me tell you why. ๐น
Last week I was on a $15 million golf course. I watched men conduct business deals over 18 holes, moving capital, exchanging ideas. Opportunities being routed through their hands before anyone else even knew they existed.
And I thought: this is how it's been done for a hundred years. This is their room. This is the syndicate. And we are not in it.
I can't be the only one with that kind of access.
As I've expressed before, we're not playing a fair game. The rich continue to get obscenely richer and everyone else is supposed to compete for scraps?
That's why everything I build going forward will be focused on helping you build wealth and power. Not just financial wealth, because this is not the place where we think money is evil, but emotional wealth. Nervous system wealth. Mindset wealth. Relationship wealth. Self-Love wealth.

What is a syndicate?
A syndicate is a group of people who pool resources, capital, and access to do together what none of them could do alone. Men have been building syndicates on golf courses for a hundred years. They call it networking. What it actually is: routing money, deals, and opportunities through their hands first.
That's what I'm building. For us.
A syndicate where we funnel money, ideas, and opportunities through our hands. Where we exchange dollars, not just energy. Where we hire each other, refer each other, invest in each other. Where we have real conversations about rates. Where skin in the game is the norm, not the exception.
It starts with Build The Dream. Where our ambitions don't require armor when we enter a room. Where we don't have to break ourselves apart to get what we want. Where we can adjust and toggle what success means to support the season of life we are in. (I can't wait to announce it when it's ready!)

You are allowed to change your mind. You are allowed to reinvent yourself. You are allowed to walk away and choose yourself even if it means disappointing someone. You deserve to respect your talent enough to charge for it.
Unless it is equitable, expanding you, or giving you a genuine platform to be more visible: no more free 99. No more pick my brain sessions. Your expertise has deep value and you should charge for it.
I never share something I don't practice myself. Trust me, I want to say yes more often. But I also understand how to build a profitable personal brand, and my agent is exclusively handling all inbound requests for interviews and press now. You don't have to say yes to everything.
Building is not easy and there is not a single framework in the world that acts as a magic wand. The best way to build and grow is to show up in a way that even when you are down, when it feels like you are taking shots but not all are landing... look at my Knicks. You are never out of the game. As long as there is time on the clock, you are in it. The only person that takes you out is you.
