Dearest,
I've been hosting free sessions every single month for the last 4.5 years. That's 54 months.
I went from Amigahood office hours to Glow Up Connection Hour, and when I say that out loud, what I feel is genuine gratitude.
Gratitude for every woman who showed up. For every conversation that extended beyond our virtual space. For the emails and texts I get after each session telling me that something said in that room gave you life. That impact is something I carry with me.
And because I respect you too much to be anything other than honest, I've been sitting with something I felt was important to share with you.
One of my life's missions is researching, calling attention to, and doing something about the wealth gap for women.
I believe that the women's economy grows when women stop undervaluing what they carry.
Not every exchange looks the same, sometimes it's money, sometimes it's access, sometimes it's a stage or a room that changes the trajectory of your business. But every exchange should be equitable. And it should move you forward.
There's nothing wrong with free. I offer so much for free, but I cannot stand on that belief while operating in a way that contradicts it.
So I made the decision that June 11th is the last Glow Up.
This space gave hundreds of women a place to be seen, the safety to think out loud, to find each other.
Many of you have written to tell me exactly what it meant. I have seen and felt what happened in this room. And I am evolving out loud rather than quietly shrinking what I offer to fit a model I've outgrown.
I am refining. And there are other ways we stay connected.

The door is not closing, it is changing shape.
The Table is where I go deep with women who are ready to be seen in their business the way they've been seen in this room, except now we build together. Because if you know one thing about me, is that I won't let you settle.
Our last session is going to be a good one. I'll open up the space for reflections, we'll do 1-2 live brand reviews, and we'll close with a business astrology reading from one of our Table members.
